Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance between our premises and the delivery address.
Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver throughout Merseyside, including Liverpool, Garston, Speke, Bootle, Kirkby, Litherland, Crosby, Formby, Maghull, Southport, Birkenhead, Central Wirral, Wallasey, Bebington, West Kirby, Heswall, Neston, St Helens, Prescot, Huyton, Newton-le-Willows, Rainford, and Haydock, as well as Ormskirk, Widnes, Warrington, and Wigan.
- Delivery outside these areas may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
Delivery Time Slots
- Morning Delivery: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday)
- Evening Delivery: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm (Tuesday–Friday)
- While we aim to deliver within the selected time slot, delivery times are estimates only. They may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Store Collection
- Tuesday–Friday: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Cake Transportation
- Delivering cakes requires special care and handling. To help ensure your order arrives safely, Floria Cakehouse uses carefully selected third-party drivers who operate suitable vehicles, rather than motorcycles or mopeds, wherever possible.
Order Notice Periods
- The notice period required for cake orders varies depending on the type of cake, design complexity, and availability. Typical notice periods range from 3 to 21 days.
- Acceptance of any order remains subject to production capacity and availability.
Same-Day and Next-Day Orders
- For eligible same-day or next-day collection cakes, desserts, and treats, orders must be placed before 2:00 pm on the preceding business day or as otherwise specified on our website.
